We favour home-grown produce and buy seasonal produce from local farmers to demonstrate and prepare great food together on open fires and gas barbecues based on Parkhurst Kitchen's proven concept and their love for food.

Our programs have grown from Parkhurst Kitchen's successes with Corporate Team Buildings in Johannesburg's leafy suburb, Parkhurst and their great relationships with organic growers and enthusiasts of free range produce, particularly butchers. Now you too can learn how to debone a leg of lamb, chicken and smoke your own cuts, whilst enjoying paired wines in natures back garden and breadbasket of Gauteng.
